Founded in 1919 and incorporated into a private company in 1927. Based in Station Works, Neachells Lane, Willenhall. The company specialised in pressings for the motor and aircraft trades. The company would be made public in 1936 and would go on to manufacture components for the De Havilland Mosquito during WWII. The company would pick up contracts for body pressings and assemblies from Ford in 1963, but the company would unfortunately become insolvent in the intervening years; being acquired by Armstrong Equipment and Howard Tenens in 1979.
