The Automatic Buffing Contact Coupler and Engineering Company (ABC) was a Wolverhampton based manufacturer and patentee of automatic couplers for train cars. Holding the patent for the invention from 1906, until the company's dissolution in 1962. Based out of Park Lane Works, Wednesbury (location now occupied by IKEA).
