Riley Engine Co was a subsidiary company of Riley Coventry, established to build and supply engines for Riley. The Riley family retained ownership of the Engine concern during the takeover of Riley Coventry by Lord Nuffield and renamed it to PR Motors, which is still trading as PRM Newage.

W.H. Tildesley Ltd worked with Riley Engine co between 1929 and 1938 to produce connecting rods, levers, rockers & links. We also worked with Riley Coventry to produce engine components for other Riley Models.
