Pressed Steel Co. was a specialised manufacturer of steel car bodies established by William Morris and two American Partners in The Budd Corporation and an American bank as a financier. Based directly alongside the Morris plant in Cowley, Oxford. The company was set for success, with Morris being able to push work through the factory from its plants. As of 1994, the assets and interests of the business are now under BMW ownership.
