Commer Cars was a Luton based producer of commercial vehicles, going by the trade name 'Commer'. The original London based 'Commercial Cars' business was founded in 1905 to produce trucks, but liquidated in 1923. Eventually becoming part of Rootes Securities, another WHT customer. The company was known for Vans, Lorries, Fire Engines, and Buses.
